FNB Namibia recently supported the Medical Association of Namibia’s 37th annual medical congress held in Swakopmund, with an amount of N$50 000.
The theme this year was ‘Cancer Today, Not Tomorrow – early detection, diagnosis/treatment and ethics’ with 15 notable experts in their fields having been invited as speakers.
Dixon Norval, Executive: Premium Segment said at the handover of the support, that FNB Namibia was in a fortunate position to assist Namibians from all walks of life, both with their financial services but also as a good corporate citizen.
“One of the FNB values is innovation – a value that helps us to improve our customer’s experience as we are continuously looking for better ways of doing things and listening to the needs of our customers. We understand that you require quick and flexible service from your bank and, in that regard, are structuring our offerings to support your ever changing circumstances.”
Norval went on to say that while FNB offer generic ‘off-the-shelf products, it also caters for personalised and customised banking solutions made to fit individual needs and requirements. “At the core of this offering is the relationship and we, therefore, have relationship managers to service our private clients and our business customers. These specialists will discuss your transactional, investment, lending and insurance needs and will be able to offer competitive and appropriate solutions. Our ultimate aim is to be your trusted partner in creating and managing your wealth”
Lastly Norval also explained that for professional people time was money and FNB Namibia presented superior self-service channels such as online banking, the FNB App (and soon the App for Business) and cellphone banking.
“On a business level, we are also extremely proud of our recently launched website – fnbbusiness. com.na – which further promotes self-service and offers information and contacts to all the services associated with a financial institution.”
