MORE fun and family entertainment for the Namibian viewers is expected, as Multichoice has announced that it has added more value to its DStv Premium, Compact Plus, Compact and Family bouquets.
This is a content upgrade on the DStv bouquets through It’s Business Unusual initiative, which will be effective from November 1.
Multichoice Namibia corporate affairs manager Lizette Foot said the Business Unusual concept is primarily about more variety and quality for customers.
The latest exciting enhancements to DStv packages include: DStv Premium: with more HD and pop-up channels.
DStv Compact: Gains three new channels following the addition of the Premier League and La Liga to the package earlier this year, among others.
DStv Family: Upgraded with two new channels for the family. The DStv Family package will be enhanced with two additional channels Eva (DStv channel 141) for the best and latest telenovelas from Latin America dubbed in English along with an exciting mix of US dramas, comedies and unscripted programming including the latest season of the critically-acclaimed E m p i r e series on and Fox (DStv channel 125).
Foot explained that, in terms of pricing, inflation, programming costs and local currency, play a big part in terms of how they develop their pricing, so in Namibia there will be no price drop.
“It is also about the celebration of the DStv’s new look, as DStv welcomes new Multichoice Africa brand ambassadors, Anne Kansiime and Bright Okpocha (Basketmouth) which I believe customers will relate to them,” concluded Foot.
