Undefeated Namibian boxer Jeremiah ‘No Respect’ Nakathila will early next month jet out of the country to rumble for the vacant World Boxing Organization (WBO) Inter-Continental Super Featherweight title.
The Mobile Telecommunications Limited (MTC) Nestor ‘Sunshine’ Tobias Boxing and Fitness Academy announced on Wednesday that Nakathila takes on Russian-born Evgeny ‘Happy Gilmore’ Chuprakov on the 18 November.
Trainer and founder, Nestor Tobias said the epic battle will be of two undefeated world champions.Nakathila, who boast a record of 11 undefeated fights is the current WBO Africa champion while the Russian opponent holds the WBO European title.
Chuprakov has 16 fights with straight wins while the Namibian boxer is rated 13th on the WBO world ranking. The Namibian fighter and his technical team depart on the 11 November, to ensure they have enough days to acclimatize to the weather conditions in Russia.
The boxer will be accompanied by his promoter, Tobias and trainer Tobias Nashilongo.The promoter describe the fight as going to be a very good one for the talented Nakathila, while a win is certainly going to open doors of opportunities in the international boxing fraternity.
Should he win Nakathila is already guaranteed another fight in Russia, which means they not going to take the fight granted.Her said Nakathila oozes with lots of confidence and that he is going to give a good account of himself.
