SATURDAY, 29 April proved to be a historic day for Woermann Brock (WB), the 100 percent Namibian retail group.
After months of construction and planning, the first WB store opened its doors in the thriving town of Omaruru.
Residents flocked to take advantage of the special offers at the launch, and to have their first glimpse of this new development in their town.
According to Operational Manager, William Biermann, the company is very pleased with this new expansion and it seems like the local residents and farmers from the surrounding areas also enjoy this new addition to the town.
Another highlight is the 20 much-needed new jobs for residents of the town, which was created by the opening of the store.
The new Omaruru WB not only offers a wide variety of general groceries and fresh fruit and vegetables, but also free parking at the very convenient location.
