MULTICHOICE Namibia and Airtime City has officially announced a partnership that will allow DStv and GOtv customers to make real-time payments on their monthly subscriptions, as well as BoxOffice top-ups at Airtime City vending machines nationwide.
This partnership was introduced last week to provide increased access to DStv and GOtv customers, via innovative and convenient payment solutions that fit their lifestyles and locations.
MultiChoice Namibia General Manager, Roger Gertze, said that MultiChoice is embracing this new solution, for customer convenience:
“We understand the demand for real-time customer service, and as such, we are delighted about the partnership with Airtime City. Their vending machines offer an easy, real- time payment solution, to enable our customers to always stay connected.” Vince Dreyer, who is the Marketing Manager of Airtime City, echoed Gertze’s sentiments. “Airtime City strives to make our products as accessible as possible to all Namibians. In support of the mission of being ‘always, everywhere’, Airtime City is very enthusiastic about the new partnership, and all the possibilities it entail for DStv and GOtv customers. We look forward to many happy vending years with MultiChoice,” he said.
Airtime City offers 110 vending machines in supermarkets and service stations countrywide. Customers are advised to keep their smartcard numbers written down for easy reference, preferably on their mobile phone, to have them handy when making payments at the vending machines.
