THE Mineworkers Union of Namibian (MUN), which claims it is the only National Union of Namibian Workers (NUNW) affiliate in good standing, is threatening to drag the federation to court if it includes non-paid up unions in its central executive congress (CEC), which will elect 16 voting delegates for the upcoming Swapo Congress.
