RENOWNED ophthalmologist Dr Helena Ndume has made history as the first Namibian to be named by New African Magazine as being among the 100 Most Influential Africans for 2017.
The Pan-Africanist current affairs magazine considers Ndume to be the world’s most prolific ophthalmologist, who has restored the eyesight of over 30 000 people, at no cost, through See International (Namibia)
