By: John Tuerijama IT is all systems go at the Sam Nujoma Stadium when action-thirst Orlando Pirates Football Club (FC) open their final campaign of the 2017/18 MTC Premiership against bitter rival and log leaders African Stars at the mecca of football in Katutura tonight. The match which is expected to be entertaining and mouth-watering, will see if Orlando Pirates affectionately known as (Sea Robbers) stop African Stars FC from repeating the first leg onslaught. During that match ‘Starlile’ hammered the black-and-white outfit with no mercy in their quest to be crowned the 2017/18 MTC Premiership champions. In an interview with Confidente this week, Orlando Pirates FC Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Niklaas Kasilipili indicated that Pirates’ engine has been properly oiled and readied to overcome African Stars FC tonight. African Stars FC enjoys the psychological boost of topping the log standing on 36 points while Orlando Pirates FC is placed seventh on 18 points.
