TWO well-established Namibian brands, one common vision CYMOT and Gondwana Collection have teamed up to promote Namibia as a unique outdoor destination.
The two partners will soon launch a common website to provide fitting information on Namibia’s outdoor activities such as camping, cycling, fishing, hiking, photography, birding and off-road driving, essentially becoming an adventurer’s information haven. The lodge group brings beautiful locations with exciting activities into this partnership while CYMOT provides the necessary equipment to make the outdoor experience as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Some of the examples include gear for activities such as mountain biking at Klein-Aus Vista, E-biking at Kalahari Anib Lodge, hiking the Canyon Klipspringer Trail, Tigerfishing at Hakusembe River Lodge or Zambezi Mubala Lodge and Camp, as well as camping equipment to have a relaxed time-out at Gondwana’s well-maintained campsites. Gondwana provides the location, CYMOT the equipment – not to forget the automotive gear to reach your destinations safe and sound. “The co-work was decided upon in order to bring a shared vision alive to the brand Namibia. We want to show the world what a beautiful country Namibia is and what it has to offer. From CYMOT’s side it also falls in line with the celebration of our 70th Birthday, which will mark the Namibian calendar as of end April,” says Gabriela Raith, CYMOT’s Brand Executive Consultant. Shoppers had a chance to secure some unbeatable 70th anniversary specials at the CYMOT’s Open Day held on 28th April 2018 at all branches nationwide where up to 50 percent was taken off on various items, and was only valid for that day.
