AN Egyptian man, Ahmed Mohamed Rashed acquitted of contravening the Prevention of Organised Crime Act (POCA) by a Windhoek court, is suing government for failing to return over N$600 000 which the state had confiscated from him as part of evidence in the criminal matter.
Rashed listed Nampol Inspector General, Minister of Safety and Security, Prosecutor General and the Bank of Namibia as respondents in his lawsuit.
