THE Namibia Civil Aviation Authority’s (NCAA) alleged negligence in properly monitoring the country’s air navigation services industry has seen the authority being slapped with a N$12, 4 million lawsuit. This follows the death of five people in a 2015 plane crush.
The lawsuit was served on the NCAA on 30 May, 2018.
